STK PRIVACY POLICY

When you Register with us, you agree to receive marketing emails from STK.  If you choose not to receive such emails, you will want to uncheck the box “Do you want to receive marketing emails”.  Marketing emails include our Newsletter, which is arrive quarterly in your inbox. You will want to ensure you will be able to receive such emails coming from @stumptownkilts.com.  Please check your spam folder and mark such emails as “not spam”. Don’t worry, we will not send you a ton of emails, instead we will limit our emails to the most critical information we feel you need to know.  If at some point you change your mind and no longer what to receive such emails, you can unsubscribe. While we will hate to see you go, we will honor all requests and no longer send you any emails - other than the email you receive when your “STK is On it’s Way”, alerting you that your order has been processed and providing you with shipping information.   Don’t worry, your email address is securely stored and we will not sell it to other companies. STK REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds, however we are more than happy to offer a full guarantee on craftsmanship issues at the discretion of StumpTown Kilts (STK). STK does not cover the return shipping cost. Returns will be honored within a period of 90 days from receipt of purchase if we determine that the issue is not caused by normal wear and tear, care issues, or is beyond a manufacturer's defect. Once a kilt has been washed it is no longer allowed to returned, exchanged, or refunded. We do not offer repairs on kilts that are out of warranty.


EXCHANGES

STK only accepts the exchange of new, unworn and unwashed kilts within a period of 30 days from receipt of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs and may pay a $20 restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping to and from STK. If the kilt has been purchased from one of STK’s Authorized Dealers, it will be up to the discretion and return policy of the retailer. STK’s full guarantee on craftsmanship still applies.


CANCELLATIONS

So you ordered a kilt from StumpTown Kilts and before receiving our quality product you decided to wear pants instead. STK takes great care in processing and shipping your order in a timely fashion and incurs a credit card processing fee, so STK needs to recoup. Beware STK will charge a cancellation fee of no more than $20 per item at our discretion.
