STK RETURN POLICY

We are more than happy to offer a full guarantee on craftsmanship issues & your STK will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of StumpTown Kilts. Returns will be honored within a period of 90 days from receipt of purchase if STK determines that the issue is not caused by normal wear and tear, care issues, or is beyond a manufacturer's defect. We do not offer repairs on Kilts that are out of warranty.  Always feel free to contact sales@stumptownkilts.com with questions.

EXCHANGES

STK only accepts the exchanges of new, unworn and unwashed StumpTown Kilts within a period of 30 days from receipt of purchase. Once an STK is worn and/or washed, it will not be accepted as a return or exchange.  Special orders and products that have been altered for the customer are not refundable and can not be returned.  At StumpTown Kilts' discretion the purchaser is responsible for return shipping and may pay a $20 restocking fee.  Purchaser is responsible for the shipping to and from StumpTown Kilts unless otherwise specified by STK. If the StumpTown Kilt has been purchased from one of STK's Authorized Dealers, it will be up to the discretion and return policy of the retailer.  STK's full guarantee on craftsmanship still applies.
