Domestic & International Shipping
STK utilizes UPS to ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. You can choose from Ground, Three Day Select, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early AM in order to have your kilt delivered when you want. UPS also offers a variety of ways to track your package. Internationally you may choose Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Expedite, Worldwide Express.
STK utilizes USPS Priority Mail & Ground Advantage for Domestic Shipping and USPS Priority Mail International & Priority Mail Express to ship internationally to 180 countries. Delivers typically in 6-10 business days, except in some major markets. When purchasing a Kilt, USPS offers a tracking and confirmation tool for free.
STK offers Free Shipping for Pockets shipping Domestically - not Internationally. When ordering a Kilt to ship internationally we suggest purchasing pockets at the same time to save on shipping charges. StumpTown Kilts is not responsible for any incurred duties or taxes on your purchase.
Processing and Handling
STK typically processes orders within a few business days. If we are unable to ship your kilt within this time frame, we will contact you. Due to high demand during the vending season, In-Stock Orders may take up to 6 to 10 days to process though usually much much faster. We will contact you if this is the case.
If a Kilt is Backordered, it means the Kilt is out-of-stock. StumpTown Kilts does it’s best to keep all Kilts in stock, however, due to popular demand we may sell out of some Kilts. Currently, if the Kilt you want is Backordered it means that Kilt is in the process of Production which can take upwards of twelve weeks depending on our Sewing Queue. You are more than welcome to pre-order an out-of-stock Kilt online, but please keep in mind it will ship within that time period. We will contact you with an approximate Completion Date.
