STK WARRANTY POLICY

We are more than happy to offer a full guarantee on craftsmanship issues and will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of StumpTown Kilts (STK). Returns will be honored within a period of 90 days from receipt of purchase if STK determines that the issue is not caused by normal wear and tear, care issues, or is beyond a manufacturer's defect. We do not offer repairs on Kilts that are out of warranty.  

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

STK only accepts the exchange/refund of new, unworn and unwashed Kilts within a period of 30 days from receipt of purchase. Once an STK is worn and/or washed, it will not be accepted as a return or exchange.  Special orders and products that have been altered for the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned.  At StumpTown Kilts discretion the purchaser is responsible for return shipping and may pay a $20 re-stocking fee.  Purchaser is responsible for the shipping to and from StumpTown Kilts unless otherwise specified by STK.  If the StumpTown Kilt has been purchased from one of STK's Authorized Dealers, it will be up to the discretion and return policy of the retailer.  STK's full guarantee on craftsmanship still applies.

CANCELLATIONS

So you ordered a Kilt from StumpTown Kilts and before receiving our quality product you decided to wear pants instead. STK takes great care in processing and shipping your order in a timely fashion and incurs a credit card processing fee, so STK needs to recoup. Beware STK may charge a cancellation fee of no more than $20 per item at our discretion.
